Ok!! Let’s be 100% real, I literally gave Shannon EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE on why I couldn’t give my all. I’m so thankful she called me out of my fear! I was READY for a change and knew the No Defeat Master program had to happen. My blood pressure was 156/100….umm….that was a wake up call. I remember on my call with Shannon, I told her I don’t want to live my life on medication. By the end of the program, my blood pressure was 126/83!!! I can talk about this program all day. The reality is, if you don’t make the decision to show up, it won’t work. I hit every single goal because I had no option to fail and Shannon supported me every area. Change is difficult, fear can be crippling, abuse (mental, physical and emotional) can present 1M excuses.
